Refund Policy

Digital nature of the product

Because the products sold are digital books delivered immediately, no refunds are accepted once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been sent and used.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement will be considered in the following cases:

• Technical error in the delivered file (corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable file).
• Non-receipt of the product after a confirmed purchase.
• Duplicate charge or an error in the amount charged.

How to request a refund

Write to editor@editorialvarcar.com including: order number, email used for the purchase, and a description of the issue. Attach screenshots of the error when applicable.

Our team will respond within 3 to 7 business days of receiving the request.
