Delivery

Products are delivered via immediate digital download through the site and/or by sending the link or file to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Payments

Payments are handled by third parties: Stripe, PayPal, and Pago Móvil Venezuela. The user agrees to the terms of these platforms when using them.

Intellectual property

All content on the site and in the digital books (text, covers, design, brand) is protected by copyright and belongs to Editorial VARCAR or its respective authors.

Ebook usage license

When purchasing a digital book from Editorial VARCAR, the user receives a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read the content privately and make backup copies for personal use. Redistributing, reselling, transferring, publishing, or creating derivative works from the content without prior written authorization from Editorial VARCAR is strictly prohibited.

Permitted use

Users may not redistribute, resell, or share the purchased digital files.

User accounts

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.

Limitation of liability

Editorial VARCAR does not guarantee full compatibility of digital files with all devices, readers, or software. Nor is it responsible for failures caused by third parties (payment gateways, hosting, email providers) beyond its reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, without prejudice to consumer protection rules that may apply depending on the buyer's jurisdiction.
