Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with the download link. You can also access your downloads from your account on the site, under "My Orders" or "My Downloads".
Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the email you entered during purchase is correct. If the problem persists, write to editor@editorialvarcar.com with your order number.
Digital books are delivered in EPUB and/or PDF format, depending on the title. The available format is shown on each product page.
EPUB files can be read on most e-readers and mobile apps (Apple Books, Google Play Books, Calibre, and others). PDF files can be opened on any device with a PDF reader.
Please check our Refund Policy. In general, refunds are not accepted for digital products that have already been downloaded, except in cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or non-receipt of the product.
