Editorial VARCAR sells digital books in formats such as EPUB, PDF, or other electronic formats, as indicated on each product page.
Products are delivered via immediate digital download through the site and/or by sending the link or file to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Card payments are processed through a third-party payment provider that acts as the Merchant of Record for Editorial VARCAR. This means the purchase is legally made with that provider, not directly with Editorial VARCAR, and the provider is responsible for billing, collecting applicable taxes, and handling payment-related claims. The user agrees to that provider's terms when using this payment method. Alternatively, Pago Móvil Venezuela is offered as a direct payment method, handled by Editorial VARCAR without third-party involvement.
All content on the site and in the digital books (text, covers, design, brand) is protected by copyright and belongs to Editorial VARCAR or its respective authors.
When purchasing a digital book from Editorial VARCAR, the user receives a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read the content privately and make backup copies for personal use. Redistributing, reselling, transferring, publishing, or creating derivative works from the content without prior written authorization from Editorial VARCAR is strictly prohibited.
Users may not redistribute, resell, or share the purchased digital files.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.
Editorial VARCAR does not guarantee full compatibility of digital files with all devices, readers, or software. Nor is it responsible for failures caused by third parties (payment gateways, hosting, email providers) beyond its reasonable control.
Editorial VARCAR may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on the site.
While the international restrictions currently affecting Venezuela remain in place, and while Jhean Paul Varela Carrero operates the site as a natural person from the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without prejudice to consumer protection rules that may apply depending on the buyer's jurisdiction. If those restrictions are lifted, Editorial VARCAR may update this clause to once again be governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
